I try my best to be a fiscally responsible feminist, which means supporting businesses that support pro-women efforts. However, knowing what issues conglomerates lend financial support to can be a tricky guessing game.
But guess no longer! TrustWomen has provided us with a list of pro-choice companies. The best part is that they got this list from an anti-choice boycott list posted online. Thanks for the tip, antis!
Here it is in all its glory:
From an Anti-Choice site (I won’t post because I don’t want them to get hits) of companies who support Planned Parenthood:
New boycott targets include AOL, Darden Restaurants (Bahama Breeze, The Capital Grille, LongHorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Season 52), Franchise Services (PIP, Signal Graphics, Sir Speedy), Hilton Worldwide (Conrad Hotels,Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hampton Inns/Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Hotels, Homewood Suites), Ignite Restaurants (Brickhouse Tavern+Tap, Joe’s Crab Shack), ING (financial services), Kohl’s (department stores), Mrs. Fields (cookies), Staples (office/school supplies), Toys “R” Us, and Trader Joe’s (markets/supermarkets).
Returning to The Boycott List are The Gap (apparel/accessories) and Freddie Mac (U.S. Government-sponsored secondary mortgages).
Corporations continuing as boycott targets from the previously released Boycott List include AlphaGraphics, Wells Fargo (including Wachovia), Nike, Time Warner, Bank of America, Walt Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Lost Arrow (Patagonia, etc.), Chevron, and Nationwide Insurance, among others.
Garvey was critical of pro-life organizations that continue to use PayPal even though it has been a boycott target for several years now. “PayPal is owned by boycott target eBay,” Garvey said. etc etc etc
The new Boycott List includes a “Dishonorable Mention” section, which identifies charitable groups that are associated with Planned Parenthood and/or its agenda. Groups named in this section include Lions Clubs, the American Cancer Society, Easter Seals, Boys & Girls Clubs, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Camp Fire, Girls Inc., Girl Scouts, Kiwanis Clubs, March of Dimes, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Rotary Clubs, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Salvation Army, YWCA, America Gives Back (formerly [American] Idol Gives Back), and YMCA, among others.
So, make sure to:
- Eat at: Bahama Breeze (this place is fabulous already), Capital Grille, LongHorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, or Season 52; Brickhouse Tavern + Tap, Joe’s Crab Shack
- Use services from: PIP, Signal Grapics, Sir Speedy, ING
- Stay at: Conrad Hotels, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hampton Inns, Hiltons and Homewood Suites

Thanks for the list of businesses to boycott!! Pro-lifer here.
Why are people afraid to admit that the unborn child in the mothers womb is just as human as the one taking away their rights as a person in the process of becoming independent of the woman who says, woman should have the right to choose, if we kill the woman in the womb, we have just taken that right away.
Shouldn’t we support businesses that support mothers and families? I don’t like the point of this website and their agenda. My heart goes out to mothers who have the courage to keep their child, even when it’s not convenient. The aborted child never had a choice.
Does liberty, justice and happiness equals to killing? Wow
What about life, liberty, justice and happiness for the children conceived? Abortion and life don’t go together, it is very simple.
Finding this from another blog, but love it. Thanks for posting! I’ll be sure to eat at a Red Lobster soon!
How much blood will be on your hands? You will answer for it one day whether you like it or not!!
i don’t think so….
how about we also support all businesses that support legalized child abuse, not just abortion (which is only one form of child abuse).
Obviously that was sarcasm. When will pro-aborts realize that abortion is anti-feminine, it literally turns the woman against one of the things that makes her distinctively feminine?!!!
What are you talking about, deus? Your post makes absolutely no sense at all. What businesses support legalized child abuse (no, that does not include abortion)? What is a pro-abort? A Chinese government enforcer? They are against choice in China, too, and their lack of labor laws support all kinds of legalized abuse of living human beings, from children on up. What does being anti- or pro-feminine have to do with pursuing life, liberty, justice and happiness? Why do you presume the US government knows better than a female individual what is best for them??
